Viewings, paperwork and signing, without anyone chasing them.

Between a buyer saying “I’m interested” and signing there are weeks of calls, reminders and documents going back and forth on WhatsApp. We start with the part we already know how to automate, the viewings, and we are building the rest.

Part of it is available today; the rest is in preparation

What you can engage today

  • Viewings that book themselves

The lead picks a slot against the agent’s calendar and gets the address and two reminders. If they cancel, the slot is offered to whoever was waiting.

  • Fewer viewings where nobody turns up

Measured with a number agreed before we start: how many do not show. If it does not fall, we keep working without billing again.

  • Feedback from every viewing, on record

Afterwards the agent answers two questions on WhatsApp and they land on the property’s record. The owner’s report comes out of that, without writing it.

What we are preparing

  • The file’s documentation

Asking the buyer and the owner for what is missing (ID, land registry extract, energy certificate), storing it on the record and flagging what is still outstanding.

  • Signing and coordination

Sending deposits and reservations for digital signature and notifying the notary and the administrator of the deadlines. We are reviewing this carefully because it touches documents with legal weight.

No published price. When it exists, it is quoted after the audit, like everything else.

Who it is for
Estate agencies with more viewings than the team can chase by hand. The booking part works just as well for clinics and workshops.
How it is bought
Like everything else: a two-week audit at 1.200 €, implementation at 2.900 € per process and support at 390 € a month, with no lock-in. The pieces in preparation have no price: when they exist, they are quoted after the audit.
What it does not do
We do not draft contracts or replace your administrator. We move the paperwork along and flag deadlines; the legal content belongs to whoever signs.
