What if it doesn't work?

Before we touch anything we agree in writing on the number that has to move: time saved, leads answered or errors avoided. If it hasn't moved by the end, we keep working until it does and we don't invoice you again. It is the same reason we sometimes say no on the first call: we have no interest in starting something that won't reach that number.

What does it really cost?

The audit has a fixed price: 1.200 €, and it produces a report that is yours even if you go no further with us. Implementation is quoted process by process from that report, so you know the exact cost before you decide. We never bill open-ended hours. Separate from that are the costs you pay the supplier directly —WhatsApp messages, your ERP—, and we put those in writing in the proposal.

Question 3

Do I have to change tools?

No. We work on what you already use: your email, your Excel, your management software, your WhatsApp. We only propose changing something when there really is no other way out, and we justify it in writing.

Question 4

How soon can you start?

The call, this week. The audit starts as soon as you confirm and takes two weeks. The first automation running, two to four weeks after that. There are two of us, so we take on few clients at a time: if we can't start when you need us, we say so on the call instead of putting you on a list.

Does this replace people?

It replaces the tedious part of their work: copying data, chasing replies, writing the same thing ten times over. What we have seen is that the team ends up spending more time on the work that earns money, not that anyone becomes surplus.

Do you only work with estate agencies?

Accepted Answer

No. The consultancy is for any SME with repetitive work. We started with estate agencies because that is where the problem is easiest to measure: in commissions that go to whoever replies first. The same processes exist in accountancy firms, clinics and retail, and the catalogue is built for them too. The estate agency CRM is our first vertical product, not the only sector we work in.
