Your tools talking to each other, without replacing any of them.

Almost everything we automate starts by connecting two things that a person joins today by copying. These are the connections we already make and the ones we are preparing.

Part of it is available today; the rest is in preparation

Connections we already make

  • Your accounting software

Holded, A3, Sage or Odoo. We post the invoices, pull the month’s figures and leave a dashboard that updates itself. Without changing software.

  • WhatsApp

Your business line connected to Meta’s official API, so an assistant can reply and everything is logged. Meta bills the messages separately and we tell you beforehand.

  • Email and calendar

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365: appointments against the real calendar and emails landing in the same conversation as WhatsApp.

  • Your website

The contact form stops sending an email that someone copies: the lead goes straight into the flow and onto the record.

  • Your CRM, if you already have one

We do not replace it. We connect the assistant so it feeds itself and your team only sees qualified contacts.

In preparation

  • Property portals

Idealista, Fotocasa and Habitaclia: publishing listings and receiving leads without keying them in twice. It depends on what each portal allows a small agency; we are checking before we promise it.

  • Telephony

Every call logged on the contact’s record, with who spoke and when. It depends on your phone system.

No published price. When it exists, it is quoted after the audit, like everything else.

Who it is for
Any small business with two tools that a person joins today. It is usually the first automation to come out of the audit, because it pays back fastest.
How it is bought
Like everything else: a two-week audit at 1.200 €, implementation at 2.900 € per process and support at 390 € a month, with no lock-in.
What it does not do
We do not put a synthetic voice on the phone. We ruled that out because of the per-minute cost and because one badly handled call costs more than it saves.
