Six things we already know how to build. Pick the one that hurts most.

Nobody buys ‘an implementation': they buy someone answering WhatsApp at eleven at night, or invoices that stop being typed in by hand. These are the jobs we are asked for most, with what they actually cost and who they make sense for.

The catalogue

  1. WhatsApp agent that answers and qualifies

Messages come in at eleven at night, and on Saturdays. By the time I answer on Monday, they have already called someone else.

It replies in seconds and asks the three questions that separate someone browsing from someone buying. You do not wake up to forty unread messages: you wake up to the three worth a call.

Target. +40% of leads kept outside office hours.

For Estate agencies, clinics, garages, training centres.

Meta charges for the messages separately: between 5 and 25 € a month. We tell you before you sign.

  2. Booking calendar that fills itself and gaps that do not stay empty

One in five appointments falls through and nobody tells me. That slot is lost for good.

It books appointments over WhatsApp against your calendar, reminds twice and, when someone cancels, calls the waiting list. It is measured by one number: how many people do not show up.

Target. A cancelled slot is offered again the same day.

For Clinics, beauty salons, garages, advisory practices that see clients in person.

  3. Supplier invoices straight into your management software

My admin spends the whole morning keying in invoices. And when she gets one wrong, our accountant finds out two months later.

It picks up the invoice however it arrives, pulls out the data and posts it in Holded, A3, Sage or Odoo. Anything doubtful goes to a two-click queue: nobody types, somebody approves.

Target. Fifteen fewer hours a week at the keyboard.

For Advisory and accountancy firms, distribution, hospitality. From a hundred invoices a month.

  4. Quotes in twenty minutes, not two days

I end up apologising for taking three days to send a quote. And by then the customer already has two others on the table.

It matches the request against your price list and leaves the draft ready to check and send. Then it chases on its own: you do not lose the sale writing the quote, you lose it by not calling back.

For Refurbishment contractors, installers, made-to-order manufacturing, agencies.

  5. A visual safety net for your website and your shopOur own product

We changed one small thing on the site and the buy button broke. We found out from a customer, three days later.

Every night and on every deploy it compares the screens that make you money against the last version you approved, on desktop, tablet and mobile, and tells you with a before-and-after screenshot.

For Online shops and websites that change more than once a month.

Our own product, already built. The hard part is not comparing screenshots: it is not alerting you forty times over a carousel.

  6. A bridge to your management software, and a dashboard

The data is in the ERP, but to find out how the month is going I have to ask someone and wait two days.

It connects what you already use and leaves a dashboard that updates itself and a weekly summary on your phone. You do not change tools: we put a bridge on the one you have.

For Anyone thinking of changing ERP because they cannot get the data out.

Your data is yours. Including when an AI processes it.

  • GDPR by design. We sign a data processing agreement before touching a single piece of data.

  • Servers in the European Union. You know at all times where your data lives and who can see it.

  • No model is trained on your information. We use providers who give that guarantee in the contract.

  • Everything documented and reversible. If you leave one day, you take your data and the documentation for everything we built.
