Why we started this
We both came from building software where one piece of data handled badly is not just another incident: medical records, payments, systems that cannot go down. And at the same time we kept seeing the same thing in every small company we spoke to — people who are good at their trade losing half a day copying information from one place to another.
The tools for that have existed for years. What does not exist is someone who sits down with you, properly understands your process and builds the piece you are missing, instead of selling you one more platform for you to fill in yourself. That is North Meridian.
Four rules we do not negotiate.
We tell you no
If what you need can be solved with a well-built spreadsheet, we say so on the first call and charge you nothing. We would rather lose a project than start one that makes no sense.
No black boxes
Everything we build is documented and it is yours. If one day you decide to carry on without us, you take the code, the data and the instructions with you. We do not hold clients hostage.
A fixed price before we start
The assessment has a fixed price. What comes after it is quoted process by process off that report, so you know the cost before you decide. We never bill open-ended hours.
One agreed metric
Every implementation carries a number agreed before we touch anything: time saved, leads answered, errors avoided. If it is not met, we keep working at no cost until it is.

Digital product developer. She comes from building healthcare software, where mishandling a piece of data is not just another bug. That way of working — slow where it is delicate, fast everywhere else — is what she brings to North Meridian.
Samuel Suárez Rodríguez
Engineering and front-end
Software engineer. He comes from years of competitive programming, where a correct but slow solution scores the same as a wrong one. He builds interfaces and automates anything that has to be done twice.
