A salesperson who replies at eleven at night and only passes you the serious ones.

It handles what comes in through WhatsApp, your website and email, asks the three questions that separate a browser from a buyer, and puts the viewing in your diary. Your team starts the day with three calls worth making, not forty unread messages.

What it does from day one

  • Replies in seconds, at any hour

It answers the usual questions with your data: opening hours, area, availability, terms. If it does not know something, it says so and alerts a person. It does not make things up.

  • Qualifies with three questions

Budget, area and urgency. That is enough to tell a browser from a buyer, and to give each one the next step that fits.

  • Books the viewing in your calendar

It offers real slots, confirms and sends reminders. If the lead cancels, the slot goes to whoever was waiting.

  • Comes in through WhatsApp, the website and email

Your contact form and your inbox feed the same conversation. It does not matter where people write from: there is one record.

  • Everything is logged

Every conversation ends up on the contact’s record, in your CRM if you already have one or in ours. Nobody copies anything by hand.

  • A person checks anything unclear

Whatever the assistant is unsure about goes to a two-click review queue. The AI does the repetitive part; the decision is yours.

What we are preparing

  • Leads from the property portals

Enquiries from Idealista, Fotocasa and Habitaclia feeding the same conversation, without keying them in twice. It depends on what each portal allows a small agency; we are checking before we promise it.

No published price. When it exists, it is quoted after the audit, like everything else.

Who it is for
Estate agencies above all. Also clinics, workshops and training centres: any business that gets messages out of hours and loses whoever it does not answer first.
How it is bought
Like everything else: a two-week audit at 1.200 €, implementation at 2.900 € per process and support at 390 € a month, with no lock-in. WhatsApp messages are billed separately by Meta, between 5 and 25 € a month for a small business; we put it in writing before you sign.
What it does not do
It does not answer the phone with a synthetic voice. We ruled that out because of the per-minute cost and because one badly handled call costs more than it saves. Calls stay with people.
